RESOLUTION NO. 93-427
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
HERITAGE WOODS ESTATES ADDITION (89008)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated June 5, 1989 the Graham
Development Co. developer of Heritage Woods Estates Addition (89008) has agreed to
install certain improvements for said development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading
as noted below; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the
completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that
the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

Concrete Curb and Gutter
Sanitary Sewer
Watermain
Storm Sewer
Boulevard & Drainage
Swale Sod
Pond or Ditch Construction
Street Signe
Park and Trail Improvements
Site Grading & Drainage Improvements
Design, Administration,

That the letter of credit required for the above items be reduced as detailed above
from $11,477 to $0 (zero) to reflect the completed work on the public improvements
(excluding Project No. 416) and reduced from $3,360 to $0 (zero) to reflect the
completed work on the private improvements. Therefore, Letter of Credit No. 270 is
hereby reduced from $14,837 to $0 (zero) and will be returned by the Finance
Department.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the bonding requirements for the following items per
Section 8.1 of the approved development contract be reduced as follows:

FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer, and street
construction is accepted for continual maintenance as of August 2, 1993, subject to the
One Year Guarantee by the developer per Maintenance Bond No. 400 JD 7480.
