RESOLUTION 93-424
APPROVING AWARDING BID -
ROOF REPLACEMENT AND REPAIR AT VARIOUS CITY BUILDINGS
WHEREAS, bids have been solicited for roofing replacement and repairs at
various City buildings and were opened and tabulated and the following bids were
received:
Dalbec Roofing S27,160
Central Roofing 27,570
Dalco Roofing 31,793
Berwald Roofing 32,200
WHEREAS, Dalbec Roofing of Minneapolis, Minnesota is the lowest responsible
bidder complying with the minimum specifications.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the bid for
the roofing replacement and repair be awarded to Dalbec Roofing Company, Inc.
in the amount of $27,160, and
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Finance Director is hereby
authorized and directed to enter into an agreement in the name of the City of
Plymouth for the roof replacement and repair project and funding shall come from
the Building Reserve Fund.
Adopted by the City Council on August 2, 1993.
