RESOLUTION 93- 423
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO LOT
DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION FOR KELLER/MALINSKY OF PLATTED PROPERTY IN "LAKE PARK
HEIGHTS" AND AUDITORS SUBDIVSION NO. 333 LOCATED IN THE 3000 BLOCK OF EAST
MEDICINE LAKE BOULEVARD (93071)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Lot Divsion/Consolidation for
Keller/Malinsky for of Platted Property in "Lake Park Heights" addition and
Auditors Subdivision No. 333 located in the 3000 Block of East Medicine Lake
Boulevard;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following
conditions to be met prior to recording of, and related to said lot
division/consolidation:
1. Compliance wit the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. No yard setback variances are granted or implied.
3. Compliance with Policy Resolution 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations
for new structures on sites adjacent to, or containing open storm water
drainage facilities.
4. No building permit is to be issued until the Lot Division is filed with
Hennepin County.
5. Submittal of all necessary utility easements prior to filing the Lot
Division with Hennepin County.
Adopted by the City Council on August 2, 1993.
