RESOLUTION 93- 422
APPROVING LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION FOR KELLER/MALINSKY (93071)
WHEREAS, Keller/Malinsky has requested approval for a Lot
Division/Consolidation for the creation of two lots out of three existing
parcels located in the 3000 Block of East Medicine Lake Boulevard;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the lot
division/consolidation for Keller/Malinsky to create two lots out of three
existing parcels for propert, located in the 3000 Block of East Medicine Lake
Boulevard.
EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS
Lot 8, Block 1 LAKE PARK HEIGHTS, according to the recorded plat thereof, in
Hennepin County, Minnesota.
To be divided and consolidated as follows:
PARCEL A
Lot 8, Block 1, LAKE PARK HEIGHTS, according to the recorded plat,
thereof Hennepin County, Minnesota and that part of Lot 19, Auditors
Subdivision No. 333, Hennepin County, Minnesota Lying northerly of the
following described line and its easterly and westerly extensions:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Lot 7, Block 1 LAKE PARK
HEIGHTS, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County,
Minnesota; thence North 5 degrees 47 minutes 08 seconds West,
assumed bearing along the West Line of said Lot 7, a distance of
52.91 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be described;
thence South 79 degrees 14 minutes 29 seconds West a distance of
184.57 feet to the West line of said lot 19 and there terminating.
PARCEL B
Lot 14, Auditors Subdivision No. 333, Hennepin County, Minnesota, and
that part of Lot 19, said Auditors Subdivision No. 33 lying southerly of
the following described line and its easterly and westerly extensions:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Lot 7, Block 1, LAKE PARK
HEIGHTS, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County,
Minnesota; thence North 5 degrees 47 minutes 08 seconds West,
assumed bearing along the West line of said Lot 7, a distance of
52.91 feet to the point of beginning of the line to t! described;
thence South 79 degrees 14 minutes 29 seconds West a distance of
184.57 feet to the West line of said Lot 19 and there terminating.

FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special
assessment corrections based upon City Policy when the division/consolidation
is approved by Hennepin County.
Adopted by the City Council on August 2, 1993.
