RESOLUTION 93-420
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND
FOR JANCO INC. FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF OLD ROCKFORD
ROAD AND DUNKIRK LANE (93062)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land
located at the southwest corner of Old Rockford Road and Dunkirk Lane North
(93062) from FRO (Future Restricted Development) District to R -IB (Low Density
Residential) District in conjunction with approval of the Preliminary Plat for
Cavan Meadows;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat for
Cavan Meadows to be filed with Hennepin County prior to the publication of
said Ordinance.
Adopted by the City Council on August 2, 1993.
