RESOLUTION 93_418
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR GLENN AND PATRICE OLANDER-QUAMME LOCATED
AT 10750 55TH PLACE NORTH (93061)
WHEREAS, Glenn and Patrice Olander-Quamme have requested approval of a
Conditional Use Permit for a home occupation for a Public Accounting Service
for property located at 10750 55th Place North; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by
Glenn and Patrice Olander-Quamme for a Conditional Use Permit for a Public
Accounting Service for property located at 10750 55th Place North, subject to
the following conditions:
1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and ordinances,
and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
2. The permit is issued to Glenn and Patrice Olander-Quamme for a Public
Accounting Service located in their home and shall not be transferable.
3. The site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner.
4. No signage is allowed relative to the use.
5. All parking shall be offstreet in designated areas which comply with the
Zoning Ordinance.
6. This Permit shall be renewed in one year to ensure compliance with the
conditions and to review the impact of the use on the neighborhood.
7. The home occupation shall occupy no more than 15 percent of the home.
8. The home occupation shall include the employment, on the premise, of no
more than one individual at a time, who lives outside the home.
9. The home occupation meets the Conditional Use Permit criteria.
