RESOLUTION 93- 417
APPROVING MPUD FINAL PLAN AMENDMENT FOR OPUS CORPORATION LOCATED AT 5959
TRENTON LANE (93060)
WHEREAS, OPUS Corporation has requested approval for a MPUD Final Plan
Amendment for Twin City Fan and Blower for property located at 5959 Trenton
Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by
OPUS Corporation for a MPUD Final Plan Amendment for Twin City Fan and Blower
for property located 5959 Trenton Lane, subject to the following conditions:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. The Amendment is for a "Proof -of -Parking" Plan which shows construction of
126 parking spaces versus the required 161 with a Proof -of -Parking Plan
which shows that an additional 45 spaces can be constructed on-site if
deemed necessary by the City of Plymouth.
Adopted by the City Council on August 2, 1993.
