RESOLUTION 93-415
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR WAYNE WILLENBERG, LOCATED AT 5555
VAGABOND LANE NORTH (93056)
WHEREAS, Wayne Willenberg has requested approval for a Conditional Use Permit
to exceed the maximum height in the FRO District for a 100 foot high amateur
radio tower, for property located at 5555 Vagabond Lane North; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by
Wayne Willenberg for a Conditional Use Permit to exceed the maximum height in
the FRD District for a 100 foot high amateur radio tower for property located
at 5555 Vagabond Lane North, subject to the following conditions:
1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and ordinances,
and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
2. The antenna shall be kept in the retracted position, no higher than 35
feet, at all times except for when the radio antenna is in use.
3. This use meets the Conditional Use Permit criteria.
4. This permit is issued to Wayne Willenberg and is not transferable.
Adopted by the City Council on August 2, 1993.
