RESOLUTION 93_413
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR NEW CENTURY HOMES INC. FOR
"KIMBERLY WOODS" LOCATED SOUTHWEST OF HOLLY LANE AND OLD ROCKFORD ROAD (93018)
WHEREAS, New Century Homes Inc. has requested approval for Final Plat for
"Kimberly Woods"; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends
approval; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the
improvements related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat and
Development Contract for "Kimberly Woods"; and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the
Mayor and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on
behalf of the City.
Adopted by the City Council August 2, 1993.

The undersigned, being the duly qualified and appointed City Clerk of the City

adopted at a meeting of the Plymouth City Council on August 2, 1993 , with
