RESOLUTION NO. 93- 404
RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING FOR HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS
FERNBROOK LANE - 45TH AVENUE TO SCHMIDT LAKE ROAD
CITY PROJECT NO. 907
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as part of the 1993 Capital Improvements
Program is proposing to improve Fernbrook Lane by constructing a 48 foot
wide nine ton bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, storm
sewer, trunk watermain, and an eight foot wide bituminous trail from 45th
Avenue to Schmidt Lake Road; and
WHEREAS, Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associations, Inc. was designated
as the Consulting Engineer for the project, and a Preliminary Engineering
Report was ordered as part of the 1993 Capital Improvements Program; and
WHEREAS, the report for the improvements of Fernbrook Lane from 45th
Avenue to Schmidt Lake Road has been prepared and is received by the City
Council on July 19, 1993;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such area
in accordance with the report and the assessment of
benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of
the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011
to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended) at an
estimated total cost of the improvement of $444,260.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed
improvement on the 2nd day of August, 1993, in the
Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center at 3400
Plymouth Boulevard at 7:00 p.m., and the Clerk shall
give mailed and published notice of such hearing and
improvements as required by law.
