RESOLUTION NO. 93-402
REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 4
BRIDLEWOOD FARM 2ND ADDITION IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 206
WHEREAS, request for Payment No. 4 dated July 12, 1993 for Hank Weidema
Excavating, Inc. has been prepared by Rust Environment and Infrastructure
and payment is recommended; and
WHEREAS, the payment required City Council approval since it is
recommended that the retainage be reduced to 02 for City Project No. 206.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
That the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request for
Payment No. 4 in the amount of $26,516.39 to Hank Weidema Excavating, Inc.
for City Project No. 206, after the City receives a bond in the amount of
$50,000 guaranteeing the placement of the final bituminous wear course by
September 30, 1993.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that other payments for additional work completed
are authorized with a retainage of OI.
