RESOLUTION NO. 93-400
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
DP.AINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS IN OUTLOT A
NORTHWEST BUSINESS CAMPUS SEVENTH ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Mr. Keith E. Dahl on behalf of West
Suburban Health Campus has petitioned the City Council for the vacation
of the following drainage and utility easements:
The utility and drainage easements in Outlot A, Northwest
Business Campus Seventh Addition, according to the plat
thereof on file and of record in the office of the Registrar
of Titles, Hennepin County, Minnesota, as donated and
dedicated by said plat.
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the
same to be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date
of August 16, 1993, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City
Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public
hearing of said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish
notice of said hearing as provided by law.
