RESOLUTION NO. 93-397
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
A DRAINAGE EASEMENT FOR PONDING IN OUTLOT E
NORTHWEST BUSINESS CAMPUS
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Mr. Keith E. Dahl on behalf of West
Suburban Health Campus has petitioned the City council for the vacation of the
following drainage easement for ponding:
The drainage easement for ponding in Outlot E Northwest Business
Campus according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the
office of the Registrar of Titles, Hennepin County, Minnesota as
donated and dedicated by said plat.
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same
to be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of
August 16, 1993 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center,
3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said
petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said
hearing as provided by law.
