RESOLUTION NO. 93-392
APPROVING WETLAND MITIGATION PLAN
CAMELOT OVERLOOK (93035)
WHEREAS, North Suburban Development, the developers of Camelot Overlook
proposes to fill wetlands for future residential development; and
WHEREAS, there are no reasonable alternatives for the location of the future
road and construction of residential lots; and
WHEREAS, a Mitigation Plan was prepared replacing the wetlands at a 1:1
ratio which in the minimum required by the Wetland Conservation Act of 1991;
and
WHEREAS, the Mitigation Plan meets the requirements of the wetland act.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor is authorized to execute the Finding of
Facts, approving the filling of wetlands and the Mitigation Plan for wetland
restoration in Camelot Overlook.
Adopted by the City Council on July 12, 1993.
