RESOLUTION NO. 93-391
REQUESTING HENNEPIN COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION TO
CONDUCT SPEED STUDY
WHEREAS, traffic continues to increase along County Road 101; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to review the proper speed limit for this street;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, that the City requests the Hennepin County Department of
Transportation to make a request to the Commissioner of the Minnesota
Department of Transportation to undertake an engineering study to determine
a safe and reasonable speed on the following road:
County Road 101 from County Road 6 to the Plymouth
corporate limits.
