RESOLUTION NO. 93-383
APPROVING FILLING WETLANDS
AND THE WETLAND MITIGATION PLAN
FOR CAVAN MEADOW ADDITION
WHEREAS, Tom Graham, the developer of Cavan Meadow Addition, proposes to
fill wetlands for future residential development; and
WHEREAS, there are no reasonable alternatives for the location of the future
43rd Avenue and construction of the house pad for Lot 7; and
WHEREAS, a Mitigation Plan was prepared replacing the wetlands at 1:1 ratio
which is the minimum required Uy the Wetland Conservation Act of 1991; and
WHEREAS, the Mitigation Plan meets the requirements of the wetland act.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor is authorized to execute the Finding of
Facts, approving the filling of wetlands and the Mitigation Plan for wetland
restoration in Cavan Meadow Addition.
Adopted by the City Council on July 12, 1993.
