RESOLUTION 93-372
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR TREE PRESERVATION FOR
STUART CORPORATION FOR FERNBROOK TOWNHOMES LOCATED SOUTHEAST OF 44TH AVENUE
NORTH AND FERNBROOK LANE (91044)
WHEREAS, the City Council approved a Final Plat and Development Contract for
Fernbrook Townhomes by Resolution 92-317; and,
WHEREAS, the Development Contract provided for a Tree Preservation Plan; and,
WHEREAS, the developer provided a financial guarantee in the amount of $24,525
to secure execution of the Tree Preservation Plan; and,
WHEREAS, the City Forester has certified the development has complied with the
Tree Preservation Plan, and he now recommends release of the financial
guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of
the Letter of Credit for Tree Preservation for Fernbrook Townhomes in the
amount of.$24,525.
