RESOLUTION 93-368
APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR WAYNE HEATON LOCATED AT 1130 KINGSVIEW LANE
NORTH (93050)
WHEREAS, Wayne Heaton has requested approval for a lot consolidation for the
creation of one lot out of three parcels located on the east side of Kingsview
Lane south of Juneau lane;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the lot
consolidation for Wayne Heaton for property located on the east side of
Kingsview Lane south of Juneau Lane.
EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS
PARrri A
Lots 19, 20, and 21, Block 2 Suburbandale on Parker Lake.
PARCEL B
Lot 18, Block 2, Suburbandale on Parker Lake.
PARCEL C
Kingsview Lane (originally platted as Lake Street and Lakeshore Commons)
adjacent to the southwesterly lot line of Lots 18, 19, 20, and 21, Block
2, Suburbandale on Parker Lake lying southeasterly of the northwesterly
lot line of Lot 21, Block 2 extended and northwesterly of the
northwesterly plat boundary of Parkers Woods.
To be consolidated as follows:
PARCEL A
Lots 18, 19, 20 and 21, Block 2, Suburbandale on Parker Lake, Hennepin
County, Minnesota, according to the record plat thereof; and That part of
Kingsview Lane, formerly known as Lakeshore Commons of said Suburbandale
on Parker Lake as vacated by the City of Plymouth by Resolution No. 93-
90, dated 8, February, 1993, described as follows: Kingsview Lane
(originally platted as Lake Street and Lakeshore Commons) adjacent to the
southwesterly lot lines of Lots 18, 19, 20, and 21, Block 2, Suburbandale
on Parker Lake lying southeasterly of the northwesterly lot line of Lot
21, Block 2 extended and northwesterly of the northwesterly plat boundary
of Parkers Woods.

FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special
assessment corrections based upon City Policy when the consolidation is
approved by Hennepin County.
Adopted by the City Council July 12, 1993.
