RESOLUTION 93- 367
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AND SITE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR WERNEKE COMPANY
LOCATED AT 15500 28TH AVENUE NORTH (93049)
WHEREAS, Werneke Company has requested a Conditional Use Permit and Site Plan
Amendment for an outside storage building for hazardous chemicals for property
located at 15500 28th Avenue North; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by
Werneke Company for an outside storage building for hazardous chemicals for
property located at 15500 28th Avenue North, subject to the following
conditions:
1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and
Ordinances, and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
2. The site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner.
3. Compliance with the Ordinance regarding the location of fire hydrants and
fire lanes.
4. Any subsequent phases or expansion are subject to required reviewals and
approvals per Ordinance provisions.
5. Approved outside storage is for a 24 by 12 foot pre -manufactured building
for the storage of hazardous chemicals.
6. A maximum of 1,105 gallons of chemicals is permitted to be stored in the
pre -manufactured building.
