RESOLUTION 93-366
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO LOT DIVISION
AND VARIANCE FOR HEDBERG AGGREGATES, INC. LOCATED NORTHWEST OF 10TH AVENUE
NORTH AND NATHAN LANE (93046)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Lot Division and Variance for
Hedberg Aggregates, Inc. located northwest of 10th Avenue North and Nathan
Lane;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following
conditions to be met prior to recording of, and related to said lot division:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Compliance with Policy Resolution 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations
for new structures on sites adjacent to, or containing open storm water
drainage facilities.
3. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication prior to issuance
of building permit in accordance with City Policy in effect at the time
of issuance of Building Permit.
4. No building permit is to be issued until the Lot Division is filed with
Hennepin County.
5. Submittal of all necessary utility easements prior to filing of the Lot
Division with Hennepin County.
6. Approved variance is for the division of unplatted property.
