RESOLUTION 93-365
APPROVING SITE PLAN AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR HEDBERG AGGREGATES, INC.
LOCATED NORTHWEST OF 10TH AVENUE NORTH AND NATHAN LANE (93046)
WHEREAS, Hedberg Aggregates, Inc. has requested a Site Plan and Conditional
Use Permit for outside storage and limited retail sales in the industrial
district for property located northwest of 10th Avenue North and Nathan Lane;
and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by
Hedberg Aggregates, Inc. for a Site Plan and Conditional Use Permit for
outside storage and limited retail sales in the industrial district for
property located northwest of 10th Avenue North and Nathan Lane, subject to
the following conditions:
1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and
Ordinances, and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
2. The site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner.
3. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within the building.
4. Any signage shall conform with the City Ordinance standards.
5. A Conditional Use Permit is approved for the outside storage of building
and yard materials.
6. A Conditional Use Permit is approved for limited retail sales. The
retail sales shall account for no more than 25 percent of gross income
from the site.
7. Submission of a required financial guarantee and Site Improvement
Performance Agreement for completion of site improvements within 12
months.
8. Hours of operation of the limited retail sales shall be 7:00 a.m. to 6:00
p.m., Monday through Friday, and, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturdays.
9. The permit shall be reviewed in one year to assure compliance with the
conditions.
