LOCATED NORTHWEST OF 10TH AVENUE NORTH AND NATHAN LANE (93046) WHEREAS, Hedberg Aggregates, Inc. has requested approval for a lot division and variance for the creation of 2 lots located northwest of 10th Avenue North and Nathan Lane; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the lot division and variance for Hedberg Aggregates, Inc. for property located northwest of 10th Avenue North and Nathan Lane. EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS Outlot A, Medicine Lake Industrial Park, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County Minnesota, and The east 1,135.2 feet of that part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, Section 36, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying north of the north line of Outlot A, Medicine Lake Industrial Park; except that part of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter lying North of the Southwesterly right-of-way line of the Minneapolis Industrial Railway Company, and That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, Section 36, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the east line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter distant 495 feet north from the southeast corner of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence south along said east line 66 feet; thence west, parallel with the south line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, 330 feet; thence north, parallel with said east line, 66 feet; thence east, parallel with said south line, to the point of beginning.
