RESOLUTION 93-364
APPROVING LOT DIVISION AND VARIANCE FOR HEDBERG AGGREGATES, INC. LOCATED
NORTHWEST OF 10TH AVENUE NORTH AND NATHAN LANE (93046)
WHEREAS, Hedberg Aggregates, Inc. has requested approval for a lot division
and variance for the creation of 2 lots located northwest of 10th Avenue North
and Nathan Lane;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the lot division
and variance for Hedberg Aggregates, Inc. for property located northwest of
10th Avenue North and Nathan Lane.
EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS
Outlot A, Medicine Lake Industrial Park, according to the recorded plat
thereof, Hennepin County Minnesota, and
The east 1,135.2 feet of that part of the Northwest Quarter of the
Northeast Quarter, Section 36, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, lying north of the north line of Outlot A, Medicine Lake
Industrial Park; except that part of said Northwest Quarter of the
Northeast Quarter lying North of the Southwesterly right-of-way line of
the Minneapolis Industrial Railway Company, and
That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, Section 36,
Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the east line of said Northwest Quarter of the
Northeast Quarter distant 495 feet north from the southeast corner of
said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence south along said
east line 66 feet; thence west, parallel with the south line of said
Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, 330 feet; thence north,
parallel with said east line, 66 feet; thence east, parallel with said
south line, to the point of beginning.

Minnesota, lying north of the north line of Outlot A and its easterly
extension, Medicine Lake Industrial Park; except that part of said
Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter lying north of the
Southwesterly right-of-way line of the Minneapolis Industrial Railway
Company lying northerly of a line described as commencing at the
southeast corner of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of
Section 36; thence on an assumed bearing of North 0 degrees 00 minutes 18
seconds west, along the east line of said Northwest Quarter of the
Northeast Quarter of Section 36, a distance of 991.30 feet to the point
of beginning of the line to be described; thence north 89 degrees 07
minutes 45 seconds west a distance of 415.28 feet; thence south 0 degrees
10 minutes 15 seconds east a distance of 96.87 feet; thence south 89
degrees 44 minutes 28 seconds west a distance of 304.59 feet; thence
north 0 degrees 10 minutes 15 seconds west a distance of 102.88 feet;

FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special
assessment corrections based upon City Policy when the division/consolidation
is approved by Hennepin County.
