RESOLUTION 93-363
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR JAMES LEONHARDT FOR A PRINTING EQUIPMENT
AND MACHINERY REPAIR COMPANY LOCATED AT 9620 28th AVENUE NORTH (93041)
WHEREAS, James Leonhardt has requested a Conditional Use Permit for a home
occupation for a printing equipment and machinery repair company for property
located at 9620 28th Avenue North; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by
James Leonhardt for a home occupation for a printing equipment and machinery
repair company for property located at 9620 28th Avenue North, subject to the
following conditions:
1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and
Ordinances, and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
2. The permit is issued to the James Leonhardt as operator of the facility
and shall not be transferable.
3. The site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner.
4. There shall be no signage allowed on the property relative to the use.
5. Compliance with applicable Building and Fire Code requirements shall be
verified by the City prior to permit issuance.
6. The home occupation shall be located only in the garage of the home.
7. Noise generated from this use shall not be audible at the property.
8. This home occupation shall not include the employment of individuals not
living at this address.
9. Use shall occupy no more than 575 square feet of the home.
