RESOLUTION NO. 93- 356
APPROVING THE RATE FOR THE SHORT TERM DISABILITY
PLAN FOR THE CLERICAL, TECHNICAL, AND PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES
AND FOR NON -REPRESENTED EMPLOYEES
WHEREAS, the contract with the Clerical, Technical and Professsional Employees
represented by AFSCME Council 14, Local 3839, and the Personnel Policy, provide
that the City Council will set the rate for a short term disability insurance plan; and
WHEREAS, an initial cost has been estimated;
NOW, T MCWORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does; set the rate for the
short term disability policy at 50c per $100 of payroll per year.
Adopted by the City Council on June 21, 1993.
