CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 93-354
APPROVING THE AME I)MMM TO THE PERSONNEL POLICY
ESTABLISHING AN ANNUAL LEAVE PLAN AND
A SHORT TERM DISABILITY INSURANCE POLICY
WHEREAS, the current Personnel Policy provides for a standard vacation/sick leave
program; and
WHEREAS, negotiations with the Clerical, Technical and Professional bargaining unit
provide for an annual leave program; and
WHEREAS, it is appropriate to provide this annual leave program to non -represented
City employees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the
amendments to the Personnel Policy adding a Section 13. Annual Leave and a Section
14. Disability Benefits to the policy.
Adopted by the City Council on June 21, 1993.
