RESOLUTION NO. 93-350
APPROVING APPEAL OF BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENTS AND APPEALS RULING BY SCOTT AND AMY
JOHNSON, 330 MERRIMAC LANE (06-02-93)
WHEREAS, Scott and Amy Johnson have appealed a ruling by the Board of Zoning
Adjustments and Appeals denying their request for approval of a 10.6 foot side yard
setback versus a required side yard setback of 15 feet, in order to construct an
attached garage addition onto their home, and,
WHEREAS, the Board of Zoning Adjustments and Appeals denied the request by Resolution
B93-7; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by Scott and Amy Johnson
to allow a 10.6 foot side yard setback versus the required side yard setback of 15
feet, in order to construct an attached garage addition onto their home based on the
following findings:
1. The Variance Criteria have been met.
Adopted by the City Council on June 21, 1993.
