RESOLUTION NO. 93-346
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
FERNBROOK LANE
TRUNK WATERMAIN
CITY PROJECT NO. 311
WHEREAS, on the 7th day of June, 1993, the City Council adopted a
resolution which fixed a date for a public hearing with respect to the
Fernbrook Lane Trunk Watermain Improvements Project; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes the installation of a 16 inch trunk
watermain adjacent to I-494 and Fernbrook Lane in the area of County Road
6 and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly
publications of the required notice was given and the hearing was held
thereon the 21st day of June, 1993, at which time all persons desiring to
be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA;
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the
Council resolution adopted June 7, 1993.
2.Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. is
designated as engineer for the improvement. They shall
prepare plans and specifications for the making of such
improvement.
