Letter of Credit No. S400384 is hereby reduced accordingly and will be released by the Finance Department. FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the bonding requirements for the following items per Section 8.1 of the approved development contract be reduced as follows: Ki Di31 Maintenance of Erosion and Sediment Control Plan, Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer Cleaning (Grading Permit No 17388 Issued - Letter of Credit No. S400384 in the amount Cash: of $29,000 is on file Letter of Credit: to ensure this work.)
