HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1993-330• CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION NO. 93-330 DECLARING PROPERTY SURPLUS TO THE NEEDS OF THE CITY AND AUTHORIZING THE CONVEYANCE TO THE ADJOINING PROPERTY OWNER WHEREAS, the adjoining property will now be developed as a residential subdivision; and WHEREAS, the remnant parcel now owned by the City can no longer be included as part of the city park as originally intended; and WHEREAS, the adjoining property owner has agreed to compensate the City in the amount of $14,000 for the remnant parcel; and WHEREAS, the City's only need is a 30 foot permanent easement which can be retained with the sale of this property. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: Should and hereby does declare this property to be surplus to the needs of the City and authorizes the Mayor and City Manager to convey the property to the adjoining property owner for the purchase price of $14,000. Adopted by the City Council on June 21, 1993. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS.
