RESOLUTION 93-326
APPROVING AMENDED PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR
DANIEL HJERMSTAD LOCATED AT 5086 ARROWOOD LANE NORTH (93047)
WHEREAS, Daniel Hjermstad has requested approval for an Amended Planned Unit
Development Plan and Conditional Use Permit for a reduced setback from 50 feet
to 40 feet along Zachary Lane for construction of a deck for property located
at 5086 Arrowood Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by
Daniel Hjermstad for an Amended Planned Unit Development Plan and Conditional
Use Permit for a reduced setback from 50 feet to 40 feet along Zachary Lane
for construction of a deck for property located at 5086 Arrowood Lane, subject
to the following conditions:
1. No other amendments or variances are granted or implied.
2. All applicable requirements of the City and State Building Code shall be
implemented and enforced; no Code requirements are waived by this
approval.
3. The granting of this permit is responsive to criteria of the Zoning
Ordinance for Conditional Use Permits and PUD Plan.
4. The deck shall be set back 40 feet from the Zachary Lane right-of-way.
Adopted by the City Council on June 21, 1993.
