HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1993-321CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 93-321 APPROVING AN AMENDED RESIDENTIAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR JERE RICE LOCATED AT 6030 CHESHIRE LANE NORTH (93044) WHEREAS, Jere Rice has requested approval for an Amended Planned Unit Development Plan and Conditional Use Permit for property located at 6030 Cheshire Lane North to allow for a reduced front yard setback from 50 feet to 44 feet from County Road 47, for construction of a new home; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by Jere Rice for an Amended Planned Unit Development Plan and Conditional Use Permit for property located at 6030 Cheshire Lane North to allow for a reduced front yard setback from 50 feet to 44 feet from County Road 47, for construction of a new home, subject to the following conditions: 1. No other Amendments or Variances are granted or implied. 2. All Applicable requirements of City and State Building Codes shall be implemented and enforced; no code requirements are waived by this approval. 3. The granting of this permit is responsive to criteria of the Zoning Ordinance for Conditional Use Permits and PUD plans. 4. The new home shall be setback 44 feet from the property line adjacent to County Road 47. 5. This amendment is specific to this site based on the unique topographic features and unusual shape of the lot. Adopted by the City Council on June 21, 1993. res/cc/93044 Ll
