HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1993-319CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 93-319 APPROVING AMENDED RESIDENTIAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR RODD AND JEAN JOHNSON LOCATED AT 14835 41ST AVENUE NORTH (93040) WHEREAS, Rodd and Jean Johnson have requested approval for a Conditional Use Permit for an Amended Planned Unit Development Plan and Conditional Use Permit for property located at 14835 41st Avenue North; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by Rodd and Jean Johnson for an Amended Planned Unit Development Plan and Conditional Use Permit to allow for a reduced setback from 10 feet to 6 feet for construction of a third stall garage for property located at 14835 41st Avenue North, subject to the following conditions: 1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and ordinances, and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation. 2. The site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner. 3. The third stall garage addition shall be set back 6 feet from the side property line. 4. No other Amendments or Variances are granted or implied. Adopted by the City Council on June 21, 1993.
