RESOLUTION NO. 93-315
APPROVING THE PLACEMENT OF "NO PARKING DURING THE
MONTHS OF MAY, JUNE, JULY AND AUGUST" SIGNS ON 14TH AVENUE
WHEREAS, on -street parking has been noted on 14th Avenue between Juneau Lane
and Harbor Lane; and
WHEREAS, such parking creates a public nuisance on potential traffic
congestion.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it hereby authorizes the installation of "No
Parking During The Months of May, June, July, and August" signs at the
following location:
1. 'No Parking During The Months of May, June, July, and
August" - northeasterly side of 14th Avenue between Juneau
Lane and Harbor Lane.
