RESOLUTION NO. 93-310
RECEIVING UPDATED PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT AND
CALLING FOR HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS
26TH AVENUE STREET IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 601
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth, as part of the 1986 Capital Improvements
Program, proposed street improvements on 26th Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Preliminary Engineering Report for the improvements of 26th
Avenue was prepared as ordered by the City Council on October 28, 1985 and
an update had been made to this report dated May 28, 1993; and
WHEREAS, adjacent property to the proposed improvements will receive
benefit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such area
in accordance with the report and the assessment of
benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of
the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011
to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended) at an
estimated total cost of the improvement of $395,110.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed
improvement on the 21st day of June, 1993 in the
Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center at 3400
Plymouth Boulevard at 7:00 p.m., and the Clerk shall
give mailed and published notice of such hearing and
improvements as required by law.
Adopted by the City Council on June 7, 1993
