RESOLUTION NO. 93-309
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT
AND CALLING FOR HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT
FERNBROOK LANE TRUNK WATERMAIN
CITY PROJECT NO. 311
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth, as part of the 1993 Capital Improvements
Program, is proposing improvements to the City's trunk watermain system,
by providing a trunk watermain adjacent to I-494 and Fernbrook Lane in the
area of County Road No. 6; and
WHEREAS, a Preliminary Engineering Report was ordered as part of the 1993
Capital Improvements Program; and
WHEREAS, the report for the trunk watermain improvements has been prepared
and is being received by the Council on June 7, 1993; and
WHEREAS, adjacent property to the proposed trunk watermain will receive
benefit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such area
in accordance with the report and the assessment of
benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of
the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011
to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended) at an
estimated total cost of the improvement of $156,304.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed
improvement on the 21st day of June, 1993 in the
Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center at 3400
Plymouth Boulevard at 7:00 p.m., and the Clerk shall
give mailed and published notice of such hearing and
improvements as required by law.
Adopted by the City Council on June 7, 1993
