RESOLUTION NO. 93-307
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
A PORTION OF A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT
LOT 4, BLOCK 2, WEST RIDGE ESTATES SECOND ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Redge Estell has petitioned the City
Council for the vacation of the following portion of a drainage and
utility easement within Lot 4, Block 2, West Ridge Estates Second
Addition:
That part of Lot 4, Block 2, West Ridge Estates Second
Addition, according to said plat on file and of record in the
office of the County Recorder, Hennepin County, Minnesota,
described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of
said Lot 4; thence East, on an assumed bearing along the
North line of said Lot 4, a distance of 130.00 feet to the
point of beginning of the parcel to be described; thence
deflecting to the right 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds,
parallel with the West line of said Lot 4, a distance of
32.00 feet; thence North 89 degrees 58 minutes 46 seconds
East a distance of 43.00 feet; thence North 01 degrees 46
minutes 55 seconds West a distance of 32.00 feet to the North
line of said Lot 4; thence West, along said North line a
distance of 42.00 feet to the point of beginning.
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the
same to be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date
of July 12, 1993 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City
Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public
hearing of said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish
notice of said hearing as provided by law.
Adopted by the City Council on June 7, 1993
