RESOLUTION 93-299
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR RADDATZ REAL ESTATE COMPANY FOR CLASSIC
ASPHALT LOCATED AT 5575 HIGHWAY 169 (93039)
WHEREAS, Raddatz Real Estate Company has requested approval for a Conditional
Use Permit Amendment for Classic Asphalt for property located at 5575 Highway
169; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by
Raddatz Real Estate Company for a Conditional Use Permit Amendment for Classic
Asphalt for property located at 5575 Highway 169, subject to the following
conditions:
1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and ordinances,
and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
2. The permit is issued to Raddatz Real Estate Company as the operator of the
facility for and shall not be transferable.
3. The site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner.
4. Compliance with the terms and conditions of Resolution 92-684 except that
item number 10 is hereby deleted.
5. No screening shall be required of this site along the west property line.
Adopted by the City Council on June 7, 1993.
