RESOLUTION 93-298
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AMENDMENT FOR WGK
PROPERTIES LOCATED AT 9900 ROCKFORD ROAD (93038)
WHEREAS, WGK Properties has requested approval for a Conditional Use Permit
and Conditional Use Permit Amendment for outside storage of vehicles for
property located at 9900 County Road 9; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by WGK
Properties for a Conditional Use Permit and Conditional Use Permit Amendment
for outside storage of vehicles for property located at 9900 County Road 9,
subject to the following conditions:
1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and ordinances,
and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
2. The permit is issued to WGK Properties for outside storage of vehicles and
shall not be transferable.
3. The site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner.
4. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within approved designated
areas.
5. All vehicle storage shall be located behind the building. No vehicle
storage shall be permitted between the building and the street right-of-
way line.
6. Screening requirements for the outside storage of 10 vehicles is hereby
waived.
7. Compliance with all the terms and conditions of Resolution 85-296 except
that Item No. 14 is amended to read "There shall be no outside display,
sales, or storage of merchandise or related materials."
Adopted by the City Council on June 7, 1993.
