RESOLUTION 93-297
APPROVING LAND USE GUIDE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR LUNDGREN BROTHERS CONSTRUCTION,
LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SCHMIDT LAKE ROAD AND FERNBROOK LANE

WHEREAS, Lundgren Brothers has requested approval for a Land Use Guide Plan
Amendment to reclassify property located at the southeast corner of Schmidt
Lake Road and Fernbrook Lane from IP (Planned Industrial) and LA -2 (Low Medium
Density Residential to LA -1 (Low Density Residential); and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the request following a duly
scheduled Public Hearing and has recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Land Use Guide
Plan Amendment for Lundgren Brothers Construction for approximately 35 acres
located at the southeast corner of Schmidt Lake Road and Fernbrook Lane from
19 acres of IP (Planned Industrial) and 16 acres of LA -2 (Low Medium Density
Residential) to LA -1 (Low Density Residential), subject to the following
conditions:
1. Concurrence of the Metropolitan Council to the Amendment to the Land Use
Guide Plan Element of the Comprehensive Plan.
Adopted by the City Council on June 7, 1993.
