AUTHORIZING APPROVAL OF CONTRACT WITH CONSULTANT
FOR WEST MEDICINE LAKE CITY PARK
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has negotiated a contract with Barton-
Aschman for the updating of the master plan of West Medicine Lake City Park, and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney's office has reviewed and approved said contract,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, M [NNF.SOTA, that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to
enter into a contract agreement with Barton Aschman for development of a new master plan
for West Medicine Lake Park in an amount not to exceed $17,760, and further, that the
Finance Director is authorized to charge this expense to the project construction fund.
Adopted by the City Council June 7, 1993.
