RESOLUTION NO. 93-292
APPROVING THE LABOR AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH AND
PLYMOUTH CLERICAL, TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES
REPRESENTED BY AFSCME, COUNCIL 3839
FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 1993
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Public Employee Labor Relations Act as amended,
City representatives and representatives of the Plymouth Clerical, Technical and
Professional employees have met to negotiate terms and conditions of employment; and
WHEREAS, this written labor agreement sets forth wages and working conditions of
employment for calendar year 1993; and
WHEREAS, said agreement has been executed by representatives of the Plymouth
Clerical, Technical, and Professional employees;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
the execution of a labor agreement between the City of Plymouth and Plymouth
Clerical, Technical and Professional employees, represented by AFSCME, Local 3839,
for the period January 1, 1993 through December 31, 1993.
