CALLING FOR HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS
NEW COUNTY ROAD 9 - VICKSBURG LANE TO HIGHWAY 55
STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 310
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as part of the 1993 Capital Improvements
Program is proposing the construction of New County Road 9 from Vicksburg
Lane to Highway 55; and
WHEREAS, the Preliminary Engineering Report for the improvements of New
County Road 9 - Vicksburg Lane to Highway 55 was received by the Council
on April 19, 1993; and
WHEREAS, the report for the improvements was referred to the City
Assessment Committee for consideration and the committee has given its
recommendation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA;
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such area
in accordance with the report and the assessment of
benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of
the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011
to 429.11 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended) at an
estimated total cost of the improvement of $1,923,890.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed
improvements on the 21st day of June 1993 in the
Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center at 3400
Plymouth Boulevard at 7:00 p.m. and the Clerk shall
give mailed and published notice of such hearing and
improvements as required by law.
