RESOLUTION NO.93- 286
ACCEPTING CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS AND
SPECIFICATIONS FOR CITY CENTER EXPANSION PROJECT
WHEREAS, the architects have completed the construction drawings and
specifications, and
WHEREAS, the City Council previously authorized the firm of
Polson/Trossen/Wright to proceed with the construction drawings and
specifications, and
WHEREAS, the completed construction drawings and specifications have been
submitted and are acceptable,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the construction drawings and specifications as
submitted are accepted.
Adopted by the City council on May 17, 1993
