RESOLUTION NO. 93-277
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
A PORTION OF A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT
LOT 6, BLOCK 4
BASS LAKE ESTATES ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Sheri Lundstrom has petitioned the
City Council for the vacation of a portion of a drainage and utility
easement within Lot 6, Block 4, Bass Lake Estates Addition.
Description of Proposed Vacation:
That part of Lot 6, Block 4, Bass Lake Estates described as
follows: Beginning at the point of intersection of a line
drawn parallel with and 40.00 feet east of the west line of
said Lot 6 with a line drawn parallel with and 40.00 feet
southeasterly of the northwesterly line of said Lot 6; thence
South 0 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East, assumed bearing,
parallel with said west line 71.00 feet; thence North 90
degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds 16.50 feet; thence North 0
degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East 24.00 feet; thence North
19 degrees 20 minutes 40 seconds East 49.81 feet tc the point
of beginning.
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the
same to be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date
of June 7, 1993 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City
Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public
hearing of said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish
notice of said hearing as provided by law.
