SETTING PUBLIC HEARING ON ON -SALE INTOXICATING
AND SUNDAY LIQUOR LICENSE APPLICATIONS
EOR JIMWIN INC., D/B/A IVORIES RESTAURANT,
605 NORTH HIGHWAY 169, SUITE 150
WHEREAS, the City been notified of a change in ownership and beneficial interest in
shares of stock of Jimwin, Inc., the holder of the on -sale intoxicating and Sunday
liquor license for Ivories, 605 North Highway 169, Suite 150; and
WHEREAS, Plymouth City Code Section provides that any change which results in a
change of control of a corporation shall be deemed equivalent to a transfer of the
license issued to the licensee; and
WHEREAS, the new corporation president has submitted an application on behalf of
Jimwin, Inc., and
WHEREAS, a public hearing is requited for the issuance of a new liquor license.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth that a public hearing is hereby established for 7:00 p.m. on June 7, 1993, to
consider the application of Jimwin Inc., for an on -sale intoxicating and Sunday liquor
license at 605 North Highway 169, Suite 150.
Adopted by the Plymouth City Council on May 17, 1993.
