RESOLUTION 93-273
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR WAYNE B. LYNCH JR. FOR A PERFUME -COLOGNE
DISTRIBUTORSHIP AT 14310 -18TH AVENUE NORTH (93027)
WHEREAS, Wayne B. Lynch Jr. has requested approval for a Conditional Use
Permit for a Home Occupation for a Perfume -Cologne Distributorship for
property located at 14310 -18th Avenue North; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by
Wayne B. Lynch Jr. for a Conditional Use Permit for a Home Occupation for a
Perfume -Cologne Distributorship for property located at 14310 -18th Avenue
North, subject to the following conditions:
1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and ordinances,
and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
2. The permit is issued to Wayne B. Lynch Jr. shall not be transferable.
3. The site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner.
4. No signage is allowed relative to the use.
5. This Conditional Use Permit is for the Home Occupation for a perfume -
cologne distributorship for the storage of up to 10 cases of fragrances
which will occupy no more than 100 square feet of the home.
6. Deliveries to the home relative to this Conditional Use Permit shall be
limited to one per month.
Adopted by the City Council on May 17, 1993.
