RESOLUTION 93-271
APPROVING RPUD FINAL PLAN/FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR NEDEGAARD
CONSTRUCTION FOR COURTYARDS OF FRENCH CREEK LOCATED SOUTHWEST OF ROCKFORD ROAD
AND LARCH LANE (93034)
WHEREAS, Nedegaard Construction has requested approval for Final Plat for
Courtyards of French Creek located southwest of Rockford Road and Larch Lane;
and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends
approval; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the
improvements related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat and
Development Contract for Courtyards of French Creek located southwest of
Rockford Road and Larch Lane; and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the
Mayor and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on
behalf of the City.
Adopted by the City Council on May 17, 1993.
