RESOLUTION 93-269
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO DIVISION OF
PLATTED PROPERTY FOR MJM HOMES, INC. FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 275/277 BERKSHIRE
LANE (93036)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Division of Platted property for MJM
Homes, Inc. for the creation of 2 lots located at 275/277 Berkshire Lane;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following
conditions to be met prior to recording of, and related to said Division of
Platted Property:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. No yard setback variances are granted or implied.
