RESOLUTION 93-268
APPROVING DIVISION OF PLATTED PROPERTY FOR MJM HOMES, INC. FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 275/277 BERKSHIRE LANE (93036)
WHEREAS, MJM Homes, Inc. has requested approval for the Division of Platted
property for the creation of 2 lots located at 275/277 Berkshire Lane;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Division of
Platted Property for MJM Homes, Inc. for property located at 275/277 Berkshire
Lane.
EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS
Lot 5, Block 1, Carlson Center Sixth Addition, Hennepin County,
Minnesota.
To be divided and consolidated as follows:
PARCEL A
That part of Lot 5, Block 1, Carlson Center Sixth Addition lying
Northwesterly of the southeasterly 50.00 feet as measured along the
northeasterly and southwesterly lines thereof.
PARCEL B
The southeasterly 50.00 feet of Lot 5, Block 1, Carlson Center Sixth
Addition as measured along the northeasterly and southwesterly lines
thereof.
FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special
assessment corrections based upon City Policy when the division/consolidation
is approved by Hennepin County.
Adopted by the City Council on May 17, 1993.
