RESOLUTION 93-265
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO LOT DIVISION
FOR AACRON, INC. (93029)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot division for Aacron, Inc., for
the creation of two parcels located at2705 Cheshire Lane;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following
conditions to be met prior to recording of, and related to said lot division:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. No yard setback variances are granted or implied.
3. Compliance with Policy Resolution 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevatio,s
for new structures on sites adjacent to, or containing open storm water
drainage facilities.
5. No building permit is to be issued until the lot division is filed with
Hennepin County.
7. Submittal of all necessary utility easements prior to filing the lot
division with Hennepin County.
Adopted by the City Council May 17, 1993.
